Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Services, you confirm that:

1. you have read and understood these Terms;
2. you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
3. all information provided by you is accurate, complete and current; and
4. you accept responsibility for your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

Fundora provides a technology-enabled platform that connects customers with investment opportunities and facilitates access to investment products made available through approved investment partners.

Fundora acts as an intermediary and technology facilitator. Fundora does not:

1. guarantee investment performance;
2. provide personal investment, legal, tax or financial advice unless expressly stated;
3. promise or assure any returns;
4. act as a substitute for independent professional advice.

All investment decisions remain solely with the Customer.

To access the Platform, Customers must complete Fundora's onboarding process.

During onboarding, Customers may be required to provide:

1. personal identification details;
2. contact information;
3. verification documents;
4. financial information where required;
5. any other information necessary for compliance purposes.

Fundora reserves the right to verify Customer information through approved verification providers.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of access.

Upon successful onboarding, Fundora may through one of the commercial banks in Nigeria create a personalized virtual account (“Virtual Account”) for each Customer.

The Virtual Account is provided to:

1. facilitate Customer investment selections;
2. record transactions;
3. enable payment and investment processing;
4. improve Customer experience on the Platform.

The Virtual Account does not necessarily constitute a traditional bank account unless expressly stated.

Customers acknowledge that use of the Virtual Account is subject to applicable financial regulations and the terms of relevant financial partners.

Customers may access available investment opportunities through the Platform.

Customers acknowledge that:

1. all investments carry risks;
2. past performance does not guarantee future results;
3. investment decisions are made voluntarily;
4. returns are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available investment information before making any investment decision.

Customers must:

1. maintain confidentiality of login credentials;
2. provide accurate information;
3. promptly update information where necessary;
4. comply with security requirements;
5. avoid unauthorized access or misuse of the Platform.

Customers must immediately notify Fundora of suspected unauthorized access.

Fundora implements security measures designed to protect Customer accounts and information, including:

1. two-factor authentication;
2. biometric verification, including fingerprint authentication where supported;
3. encryption and secure storage measures;
4. access controls;
5. monitoring systems.

Customers acknowledge that no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

Fundora may charge fees for certain Services.

Applicable fees will be communicated before the completion of any transaction.

Fundora reserves the right to modify fees upon reasonable notice.

Customers shall not:

1. use the Platform unlawfully;
2. attempt to compromise Platform security;
3. impersonate another person;
4. provide false information;
5. interfere with Platform operations.

Fundora may suspend or terminate access where:

1. these Terms are breached;
2. fraudulent activity is suspected;
3. required by law;
4. security risks arise;
5. regulatory requirements demand such action.

The Platform may integrate third-party services, including payment providers, investment partners and verification providers.

Fundora is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, products or services of third parties.

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, content and systems, belong to Fundora or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fundora shall not be liable for:

1. investment losses;
2. market fluctuations;
3. third-party failures;
4. indirect or consequential losses;
5. unauthorized access caused by Customer negligence.

Customers agree to indemnify Fundora against claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from:

1. breach of these Terms;
2. misuse of the Platform;
3. violation of applicable laws.

Fundora may amend these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published through appropriate channels.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
